Sarkis Antonyan

why my misery worsens

after Nabila Lovelace

the toothbrush has / a misstep / failed trick / is

my shameful offspring / splitting gums / silken red /

my mirror fans / sullen eyes / wet /

with tradition / i feel / accept / nothing until

ur mouth / w the magic / gloved in scorn /

battle / all defeat / pilled on lips / like limp

bites / to heart beats / I / see jagged /

prism lenses on / & in this torso /

melting / magma / set off / loud chemical

spark / before i

go / earthbound / wave of exhaust /

split chest / weaker

a pile / limbs a mess

of moonlight / until i /

want every tooth naked / and scrub / till

that happens /

wow / i’m just a mess / in

this midnight / think that

the record / of my brain /

will never just pause / reminds

i’m / ceaselessly

made / under ur wings
